Unlimited remote and on-site support for your day-to-day IT issues — covered under your flat monthly fee. Every workstation we manage includes:

• Patch management and health checks
• File backup via Microsoft OneDrive included; full device-image backup available as an add-on

Managed Server Support

Servers run your business — so we treat them differently. Every server we manage includes monitoring, endpoint protection, and mandatory verified backup, because we don’t take on the risk of managing an unprotected server. Monthly maintenance (patching, health checks, planned reboots) is included, not billed separately.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

Ransomware, hardware failure, and human error all have one fix: a backup that actually works when you need it. We offer OneDrive-based file backup as standard and full image-based backup for businesses that need to restore an entire device or server quickly. On servers, backup isn’t optional — we verify it’s running, not just installed.

Email Security (Microsoft 365)

Every client on Microsoft 365 Business Premium gets Microsoft Defender for Office 365 as a baseline — phishing and malware protection built in at no extra cost. For businesses handling sensitive data (finance, legal, healthcare, wire transfers), we offer premium email security add-ons for an additional layer of protection.

DNS & Web Filtering

Block malicious and inappropriate sites at the network level before they reach a device. Included free for all clients; upgrade to advanced reporting and filtering for larger teams.

VoIP & Business Telephony

Modern, cloud-hosted phone systems with local number support — no legacy PBX hardware required. Ask us about porting your existing business number.

Hardware Procurement

Need new laptops, desktops, or networking gear? We source and configure hardware through trusted distributor channels and can handle setup end-to-end so new devices arrive ready to work.

Domain Registration & Web Hosting

Need a domain name or hosting for your business website and email? We handle registration, DNS configuration, and reliable hosting so your site and business email stay online — set up correctly the first time, and there when you need changes made.

Out-of-Scope / Project Work

Major projects — new installs, infrastructure migrations, or fixing pre-existing issues found during onboarding — fall outside the “unlimited support” umbrella and are quoted separately, so your flat fee stays predictable.
