FC IT SolutionsTerms of use

Last updated: 15 October 2026.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by FC IT Solutions (Pty) Ltd (registration no. 2017/040162/07). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Information on this site

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your specific situation. Prices are in South African rand, exclude VAT unless stated otherwise, and may change. The terms of any service we provide are set out in our Managed IT Services Agreement and the Service Order you sign, which take precedence over this website.

3. The free domain check

The domain check reads publicly available DNS records and gives a general indication of how well a domain is protected. It is provided free of charge and as is. It does not test every possible risk, and a good result does not guarantee that a domain or mailbox cannot be misused. Only check domains you own or are authorised to assess.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use this website to break the law, send spam, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the site's operation.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design and logos on this website belong to FC IT Solutions or to the businesses that gave us permission to show their logos. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, FC IT Solutions is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

7. Links to other sites

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites we link to.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
