Pricing questions
What counts as a device?
Each PC or laptop someone works on is R350 a month. Servers are R1 500 (physical) or R1 200 (virtual). Printers, routers and phones are covered as part of looking after your office, so they don't cost extra.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. You can start on our 1-month Flex plan. The 3- and 6-month plans cost the same per device but include extras like a price lock and Microsoft 365 backup. After the first term, every plan runs month to month with 30 days' notice.
Do you come on site?
Yes. Offices with 5 or more managed devices in Centurion, Pretoria or Midrand get 2 on-site call-outs a month (up to an hour each) included. Further away, we schedule visits and charge travel.
