One monthly fee per PC covers everything your office needs to keep working: helpdesk, monitoring, security and maintenance. We watch every device around the clock and fix most problems before anyone notices them.
What's included
- Unlimited remote support, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
- 24/7 monitoring of disk, memory, updates and security status
- EDR endpoint protection on every managed device
- Windows and software patching, scheduled after hours
- Automated clean-ups that keep PCs fast
- Response targets: 2 hours critical, 4 hours high, 8 hours normal
- 2 on-site call-outs a month in Centurion, Pretoria and Midrand (5+ devices)
- WhatsApp support and an annual IT review

Offices of 1 to 50 people without their own IT staff, or with one IT person who needs back-up.
Pricing
Managed IT is R350 per PC or laptop per month, with security, monitoring and support included. Projects get a fixed quote after a free assessment.

How much does it cost?
R350 per PC or laptop per month excl. VAT, R1 500 per physical server and R1 200 per virtual server. Onboarding is free.
What if something needs fixing on site?
Offices with 5 or more managed devices in Centurion, Pretoria or Midrand get 2 on-site call-outs a month (up to an hour each). Further away, we schedule visits and charge travel.
Can you work with our existing IT person?
Yes. We can run monitoring, security and backups in the background and step in when they need help or are on leave.

Licences month to month, set up properly with MFA. We move you off Gmail or old POP mail without losing a thing.
Email security
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and monitored, so nobody can send invoices in your name.
Backup & recovery
Cloud backup for PCs, servers and Microsoft 365, with restores we test.
